The PHX Fund for Adapted Technology is a 501(c)3 recognized non-profit organization. Our mission is to help purchase adapted tools that can be used to help youth with physical disabilities participate in all aspects of life.
This organization was created to honor our incredible son Pheonix Matthew (spelled “Phe”nomenal) who was born with a rare brain disorder that caused him to have severe physical limitations. Through the access to adapted tools and programs, Pheonix was able to participate and enjoy activities of recreation and education. He was surrounded by not only a loving family, but also by aides, nurses, doctors and therapists going to bat for him to help him push past his physical limits and live an adventure-filled life!
In order to give back to a community that gave so much to him, we organize disability awareness activities as well as fund-raising events that help purchase adapted tools, equipment, and programs for youth with disabilities in our community
